01Scope
This policy describes how ClubGG India ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through clubggindia.com, our WhatsApp support line and our email. It does not cover the ClubGG mobile application, which is operated independently by NSUS Group Inc. and governed by its own privacy policy.
02Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to run the community:
- Account details — full name, email address, WhatsApp number, preferred nickname and (optionally) the referral nickname you entered at signup.
- Credentials — passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; we never store plain-text passwords.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
- Lucky Draw entries — the club nickname shown on the public wheel and in the winner history.
- Technical data — IP address and timestamp on form submissions, used for abuse prevention.
03How We Use It
- To approve your club join request and share the New Member Welcome Pack.
- To calculate and credit rakeback, bonuses, referral rewards and lucky draw prizes.
- To respond to support requests and send transactional emails (signup alerts, password resets, draw announcements).
- To keep the community fair — anti-collusion monitoring and abuse prevention.
We do not sell personal data and we do not send unsolicited marketing from third parties.
04Legal Basis & Consent
We process your data to perform the membership relationship you asked for, with your consent (which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us), and where we have a legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe and fair.
05Sharing & Third Parties
- Email delivery — transactional emails are sent through our SMTP provider.
- WhatsApp — when you tap a WhatsApp button, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their terms.
- ClubGG app — your club nickname is visible to other club members inside the ClubGG app as part of normal gameplay.
- Legal requests — we may disclose information where required by applicable law.
06Payments
We do not store card, bank or wallet credentials on this website. Deposits and withdrawals (UPI/IMPS/NEFT for India; USDT, BTC and ETH for players outside India) are coordinated directly with you on WhatsApp. Transaction references may be kept for reconciliation and dispute resolution.
07Cookies & Local Storage
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
08Retention & Security
Account data is kept for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes and are single-use. Data files are stored outside the public web root's reach and access is limited to authorised staff.
09Your Rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account entirely. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99995 38551 or email poker@clubggindia.com; we aim to complete requests within 7 working days.
10Age Requirement
Our community is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, tell us and we will remove the account.
11Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as the community grows. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced on the site.
