01Acceptance
By creating an account on clubggindia.com, joining one of our ClubGG clubs, or using our support channels, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to play real-money poker in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check local laws.
- One account per person. Duplicate, shared or bot-operated accounts may be closed and any pending rewards forfeited.
- We may ask for KYC (identity and payment verification) before approving joins, releasing bonuses or processing withdrawals.
03Your Account
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- Provide accurate contact details — rewards and support depend on them.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, abuse promotions or harm other members.
04Club Membership
Gameplay happens inside the ClubGG application (Club IDs 944018 and 267610, referral code 6601-2296). ClubGG is developed and operated by NSUS Group Inc.; its own terms govern the app, the software and the poker games. ClubGG India is an independent community host and is not affiliated with ClubGG, GGPoker or NSUS Group Inc.
05Bonuses & Promotions
- Welcome Bonus — up to ₹50 bonus chips on a recharge above ₹2,000, credited automatically.
- New Player Protection — if your first buy-in is lost within 30 minutes, 10% is refunded, capped at ₹10,000. First buy-in only.
- Daily Epic Hand — ₹500 for a win with Quads or a Straight Flush, once per day; the hand must reach showdown on its first run, minimum pot 1k, both cards visible, hand-history video required.
- Daily Deposit Bonus Drop — deposit a minimum of 5k to participate; five random winners daily, 1,000 playing chips each.
- Birthday Bonus — one tournament ticket or 1k playing chips, on request, once per year.
- All promotions are subject to fair-use review. We may amend, pause or withdraw a promotion at any time; rewards already credited are not affected.
06Rakeback
- Weekly rakeback is calculated on rake generated Monday–Sunday and credited every Monday before 6 PM IST.
- Tiers: 50% (1,000 – 50K weekly rake), 60% (50K – 100K), 70% (100K+).
- Advance rakeback can be requested by players generating at least 10k weekly rake.
- If rakeback has not arrived by Monday 6 PM, contact support; we resolve within an hour during support hours.
07Agent & Referral Programs
- Agent Program — minimum 5 players registered under your code and 100k weekly rake to maintain agent status. Commission slabs are agreed individually.
- Referral Program — your friend signs up with your nickname and completes 200 hands on real cash tables; your reward (₹500 – ₹5,000 based on activity) is credited within 24 hours. No cap on referrals.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts and collusion between referrer and referee void all rewards.
08Cash-In & Cash-Out
- Deposits (India) — UPI, IMPS, NEFT. Always confirm with support before transferring; chips are credited after verification.
- Withdrawals (India) — processed 12 PM – 10 PM (IST), once per day, between ₹1,000 and ₹1,00,000.
- International players — deposits and withdrawals in USDT, BTC or ETH, credited after network confirmation. Not available inside India.
- Payments are person-to-person and coordinated on WhatsApp; we do not store payment credentials on this website.
09Fair Play
All cash games and tournaments are monitored for collusion, chip dumping, multi-accounting and the use of real-time assistance tools. Confirmed violations lead to removal from the club, forfeiture of bonuses and rakeback, and a report to the platform operator.
10Lucky Draw
Lucky Draw entries are granted to active players (for example through the daily deposit drop). The host conducts the official draw; the public wheel replays the locked result. Prizes (chips, tickets or surprise rewards) are announced on the site and by email, and must be claimed on WhatsApp within 7 days.
11Disclaimers & Liability
- Poker involves risk. Play responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, contact support and we will help you take a break or close your account.
- The website is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from the ClubGG application, network outages, delayed payments caused by banks or blockchain networks, or events outside our control.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through our support team in good faith.
